REGISTRATION
Click the Registration button to start the process and fill out all the steps of the registration form. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email with your login details for your Personal Area, where you can manage your registration, submit an abstract, or add additional services and payments.

PAYMENT 
Choose your Registration Type to see the corresponding fee.
Registration fee rates are based on the date of receipt, unless full payment is received before the stated deadlines, rates cannot be honoured.
No-shows at the congress will be charged the full fee.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the organising committee and processed after the congress.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
To submit an abstract, you must first pre-register by completing the registration form.

The first time you submit an abstract, it will be automatically saved as a draft. This intermediate status allows you to make changes or modifications until the submission deadline (03 May, 23:59 GMT).

The final submission of your abstract is done in your Personal Area under “Submit Abstract.” Once submitted, you will no longer be able to edit the abstract, you can only view or cancel it.
